The NEUWAVE-11 workshop will be held in Conference Rooms Jupiter and Saturn located on the 7th floor of the Miraikan. The Miraikan is located in Tokyo Bay and is easily accessible via public transportation from both Haneda and Narita International Airports.

The walking discussion, scheduled for October 22nd, will take place in the Odaiba area of Tokyo Bay, near to the Miraikan. The details of the walking course will be finalized later.

Accommodations

Many hotels are located within a short train ride from the NEUWAVE-11 venue. With most hotels in the Tokyo area providing English websites and English assistance, it should be easy to find a reasonably-priced hotel which meets your needs.

A training course for the RITS software is scheduled for October 27th at the AQBRC, Room B101 (1st Floor Main Conference Room). More details about the RITS training course can be found here.

Accommodations

A limited number of rooms will be made available at the J-PARC Dormitory on a first come, first served basis. The rooms will be available for the nights of October 26 and 27, at a cost of 2,700 JPY per night (about 20 USD). All rooms at the J-PARC Dormitory are single rooms. Please indicate at the time of registration if you would like to reserve a room at the J-PARC Dormitory.

A list of additional hotels in the Tokai area can be found here (list provided by the J-PARC Center Users Office). Several reasonably-priced hotels are also located near the JR Katsuta and Mito Stations, within a 15-minute train ride from JR Tokai Station.
