Registration fees
Thanks to the hosting and supporting organizations and the generous support of our industry sponsors, no registration fee is required; participation in NEUWAVE-11 is free.
Registration in NEUWAVE-11 includes:
- Booklet of abstracts, program, etc.
- Complimentary items (tote bag, pen, neckstrap, etc.)
Workshop dinner - Coffee breaks
- J-PARC site tour
While the workshop dinner is partially supported by contributions from our NEUWAVE-11 sponsors, a separate fee, payable on-site at the workshop, will be required for attendees and accompanying persons who wish to attend the workshop dinner. The fee is JPY3,000 for attendees and JPY6,000 for accompanying persons. Payment will be accepted in cash only (Japanese yen).
About the handling of personal information
(1) Purpose of using personal information
Personal information acquired through the registration for the 11th Workshop on Neutron Wavelength Dependent Imaging (hereinafter referred to as “the workshop”) will be used only for the following purposes:
・ Preparing items necessary for the management of the workshop, such as the list of participants and registration card
・ Sending information from the workshop operation organization, which includes information on future events
・ Supporting visa application in the case of participants from abroad
(2) The collected personal information will not be disclosed to any third parties except under the following circumstances:
・ The disclosure of the information is required by laws and regulations
(3) Request for the disclosure, etc., of personal information
You have the right to require the access to your own personal data, correction of your incorrect data, and restriction to data processing during the verification of the correctness of personal data.
By completing the registration to the NEUWAVE-11 workshop, you are deemed to have agreed to the above terms.
