Deadline

The application for the sponsorship and exhibition opportunities is now open. The deadline of the application is 24 June, 2022. 　

Cancellation policy

The sponsorship and exhibition fees will be refunded in full by the cancellation before the application deadline (24 June, 2022 (JST)). For the cancellation of the exhibition in the period from 25 June to 25 July (JST), 200,000 JPY will be refunded to the Gold sponsors, and 80,000 JPY will be refunded to the Silver sponsors. For the cancellation after 26 July(JST), any fees will not be refunded.
