Note: Participants who wish to join the event tours (JRR-3, J-PARC and RANS tour) are kindly requested to register within the Early Registration period (by June 30, 2024).

Accompanying Person	10,000 JPY (Includes only the Welcome Party on 24 September and the Banquet on 26 September)

Optional participation in RIKEN RANS tour (30 September, meet up at Wako City Station)
Facility tours to J-PARC and JRR-3 (27 September, bus transport provided)
Welcome Party (24 September)
Lunch from September 25-27
Banquet (26 September)
Coffee breaks, snacks, and conference materials

Note: Accommodation costs, daily evening meals, and travel to the venue (Tokai/Wako) are not covered by the registration fee and must be arranged separately by participants.

How to Register

After submitting the registration form, please complete your registration payment.

For credit card payments, visit the payment site at Smile Tours to complete your registration payment.

For bank transfer payments, further instructions will be sent to your registered email address.

Note: If you are unable to access the Google form, please download the MS Word registration form here, fill it out, and email it to DENIM-loc@ml.j-parc.jp.

For presenters:

After submitting your registration, please send your abstract to DENIM-loc@ml.j-parc.jp using the provided template by 31 July.

Personal information acquired through the registration for the DENIM-XIII and ISNIE Summer School (hereinafter referred to as "the event") will be used only for the following purposes:

Preparing items necessary for the management of the event, such as the list of participants and registration cards
Sending information from the event organizers, which includes information on future events
Supporting visa applications for participants from abroad
