Departure Procedures
All borrowed items should be returned before you leave.
This document is for confirming the period of the beamtime you used. Principal Investigators are required to submit the MLF Experimental Report via the J-PARC Result Management System within 60 days after the end of the proposal term of your experiment.
This is necessary for all non-proprietary experiment principal investigators. Please note that a beamtime fee will be charged if the experimental report is not submitted by the deadline. If the experimental report is not submitted by the deadline, your future proposals will be rejected. <Deadline> 2024A Round Report : August 30, 2024 Deadline of the proposals approved by Ibaraki prefecture: Click here Please return all borrowed items to the Users Office just before you leave J-PARC. Closed Saturday Sunday, and Japanese national holidays There are return boxes located outside of the Users Office building, near the side entrance, and also at the entrance of Tokai Dormitory. Please drop any borrowed items here if you are returning them outside office hours.
If you forget to return any items before you leave, please inform the Users Office, then return the item(s) by mail.

out in sections, you must
submit a report each time.
