Using the User Support System
The User Support System is the online system for all users who would like to visit/use J-PARC. Principal Investigators are requested to complete all of the necessary procedures; this is required even if you do not intend to be present during your experiment at J-PARC. The application form to visit J-PARC, format downloads, and dormitory accommodation reservations are available through the system.
User Registration
New users need to first complete the J-PARC user registration.
1. Access the J-PARC PORTAL web site and follow the instructions to register a new user or reissue your password

2. Receive a registration completion notice following approval from the Users Office
Addition of New Purpose
Afeter registration of J-PARC PORTAL, log in and click 'User Support System'.
1. Click [Administrative Procedures for Visiting KEK/J-PARC] -> [2.Identify the purpose of your visit to KEK/J-PARC]
The information you will need to enter on the form includes your Proposal Number, contact person within J-PARC and the area you will be entering. Click “Next” after completing the form.
If you need to make any changes to your affiliation, please correct them on this page.
2. Click “Agree” on the next page to submit the form
3. Receive confirmation from the Users Office
After the Users Office complete the confirmation and approval processes, your registered purpose of your visit will appear on this page [1. Administration relating to your visit]
4.Account integration of J-PARC PORTAL and User Support System is required
